Your child's foundational steps
toward success...
Our focus is to offer professional parents a unique

Our commitment is to give every child the opportunity,
and the advantage to be educated in a well rounded, child friendly, stimulating environment that would encourage a positive
attitude toward learning.

Our mission ...
A passionate commitment to improving the lives of all children
while having fun is the philosophy of Kindersteps Family Child Care. Our mission is to provide valuable developmental information
and meaningful resources that will engage young children in purposeful play and assist them in reaching their fullest potential.
Together, we can make a positive difference in the educational journey of children that will last a lifetime!
Our Approach: is
to prepare pre-school children ages two through age five years for school readiness without struggle.
Each child's learning style is considered and often used as a tool in introducing his or her curriculum. These
various learning styles are carefully nurtured to enhance and develop a positive outlook toward learning. It is documented that children who receive proper early childhood education
go on to not only thrive in school, but these children display a confidence, and positive attitude toward learning when given
an educational foundation as early as age one and a half.

This Year, You Can Vote Twice!
posted:November 1st, 2010
On Election Day, you get to vote for the choices on the ballot – like them or not.
But this year,
through AmericanTowns, you can vote twice.
When you go to vote, simply tell an assistant which important issues you want your elected officials to focus on after
the election. Give them your “zip plus 4” (or voting address), and they’ll send your message to each
of your elected officials. And if you want, they’ll press your representatives to report back to you on their progress
every month.

KinderSteps bases it's curriculum from the learning styles method.
"Learning Styles" are just that; The way each of us learns best.
Example: A child that is a tactile(Kinesthetic) style
learner will best learn to comprehend his or her alphabet by participating in an project where he or she can create an alphabet
character with their hands.
Tactile Style learners are people, adults and children who learn best through touching,
exploring, and using their hands or body to achieve goals.
These people can be good at: sports, dancing, carpentry, crafts, playing instruments, etc.
